Zamanın yönü sorumluluğu nasıl kuruyor? Adalet ölçülebilen bir şey mi, yoksa yalnızca yaklaşılabilen bir ufuk mu? Bir kararın içinde ne kadar hukuk, ne kadar tercih vardır? Aynı olaya bakan iki kişi neden aynı “gerçeği” görmez? Belirsizliği bir kusur değil de bir ilke olarak kabul etsek yargı nasıl görünürdü? I was born in 1993 and have been inside the law since 2011. My days are contracts, disputes and statutes; but what really keeps me up are the questions at law's own edges: what does the “cause” of an event really mean? How does the arrow of time constitute responsibility? Is justice something measurable, or only a horizon we can approach? How much of a verdict is law, and how much is choice? Why don't two people looking at the same event see the same “truth”? What would judgment look like if we treated uncertainty not as a defect but as a principle? This notebook sets law beside philosophy and physics and goes looking for the grammar they share — I write not because I have the answers, but because the questions won't leave me alone.
